A few days after the Rwanda clash, the Warriors will then host African giants and Group C favourites, Nigeria in their second World Cup qualifier.

With the National Sports Stadium unfit to host international matches after being banned by CAF, the venue for the potential thriller still remains unknown.

The deteriorating stadium has on several occasions, failed to meet the CAF requirements, resulting to its eventual ban.

After the Nigeria match, between 3-11 June 2024, the Warriors are scheduled to play Lesotho at home and travel to neighboring South Africa for the Limpopo derby against Bafana Bafana.

The first round of the qualifiers will end with a match versus Benin at home between 17-25 March 2025.

For the second round, Zimbabwe is set to travel to Nigeria on the same dates (17-25 March 2025).

The Warriors will then square off with Rwanda and South Africa between 1-9 September 2025.

They will then conclude the group stages with a trip to Lesotho between 6-14 October 2025.
