Soccer Star finalist Frank Makarati is set to be named Dynamos’ new captain after extending his stay at the club with two years, replacing the recently departed Partson Jaure.

Makarati joined Dynamos in 2021 from Ngezi Platinum Stars.
Following a recent clear out by the club, Makarati is now among Dynamos’ most experienced players alongside Taimon Mvula and King Nadolo.
The Dynamos captaincy comes with the perks of riding in a contemporary ford ranger twin cab provided by the club’s sponsor, Sakunda energy.
