Premier soccer league side Bulawayo Chiefs are reportedly closing in on signing former FC Platinum attacking midfielder Last Jesi.
The unattached versatile midfielder could become Chiefs’ new acquisition following a brief stint training with the club.
“Jesi has been training with us and could be our latest acquisition depending on what he agrees on with the club. We’re rebuilding and as such, we need stability,” Bulawayo Chiefs’ head coach Lizwe Sweswe told Chronicle.
The Mutare born former Warriors midfielder has been club hunting following his release by Ngezi Platinum Stars in January.
Formerly with Manica Diamonds, Jesi once had a brief spell with Sudanese outfit Al Hilal who had bought him from FC Platinum in 2020 before terminating his contract.
